About Kenneth Fox
Ken Fox actively enjoys the varied architecture of its distinct neighborhoods of San Francisco and has made it his priority to assist homebuyers in finding the perfect fit in lifestyle, amenities and housing and to assist current owners in market presentation and attaining the best possible values for their homes. He loves the vastly diverse landscapes and cultures that create the setting for one of the most unique cities in the country to live.
From lofts and eco-friendly homes to mid-century marvels, Ken is always happy to connect his tech-savvy, design-conscious, and technology-driven buyers and sellers. He welcomes the opportunity to work with seasoned real estate investors as well as first-time buyers.
In addition to having a Broker License, Ken is a Certified Short Sale Resource and also holds a Residential Appraisal AT License, memberships with OAR, CAR, and NAR. He also serves as a docent with the Dwell/Marin Magazine Home Tour sponsored by Marin Modern and is an organizer of and contributor to the Bay Area Modern Real Estate Group's "How To" series real estate workshops including the "Building a Modernist & Eco Friendly PreFab Home in the San Francisco Bay Area". Prior to joining San Francisco Modern, Ken completed a BA in Business, MBA in Finance, and has experience in accounting and mortgage lending.
