About David Zylinski
I grew up in the beautiful Napa Valley and have always been in love with San Francisco. I moved to the City in 1979 after graduating from college.
I have been selling real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1991. I have experienced many market conditions in the last 17 years.
Always in tune with the shifting market, I decided it was time to affiliate with a high tech, high touch, smaller brokerage that was committed to meeting the demands of the consumer using the internet. I joined San Francisco Modern Real Estate to continue to grow with the changing needs of the consumers combining my years of experience with new technology transforming real estate into a partnership between agent and client.
I have represented both buyers and sellers in most areas of the City. The neighborhoods and homes in San Francisco are as diverse as the people who live here. The Marina offers traditional homes close to the bay and to Chestnut Street dining and shopping. Pacific Heights with traditional San Francisco sophistication offers lively Fillmore and Union Streets with shops and restaurants. Noe Valley ever changing with the diversity of 24th Street on one side of the hill and Eureka Valley “The Castro” on the other offers shops and the history of the evolution of the diversity that has evolved over the last 20 years. There are Victorian and Edwardian homes next to Modern Contemporary and Mid-Century homes. Convenient for commuting to the Silicon Valley are the sunny neighborhoods of Potrero Hill, Bernal Heights, Glen Park, and the Mission District with its Latin flavor. In the center of the city with stunning views are Ashbury Heights, Corona Heights, and Twin Peaks, with their own unique ambiance. Recently with the explosive growth of South Beach, SOMA, and Mission Bay we have a beautiful waterfront with luxury high rise developments that compete with the most prestigious condominium residences in the world. There is a place for everyone in San Francisco and I love it all!
David Zylinski's Designations + Community Involvement
I am a member in good standing with the San Francisco Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
The personal causes that most interest me are preserving the natural habitat of our City and assisting those in need. I qualified as a “Starwalker” in the Aids Walk San Francisco by personally raising over $5,000 walking one year. I have supported women with children who need assistance getting back on their feet through the wonderful Raphael House.
