I want to congratulate my client on the sale of his San Francisco condo that he has lived in since 1986! I'm thankful to him for trusting in me and for taking my advice that he would be best served by completely remodeling the condo. It was a project to say the least, and after about 3 months of permitting and construction we had installed a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, flooring, electrical, etc. and essentially transformed it into a brand new condo.
