Bernal Heights is a somewhat quirky, family friendly community in San Francisco's District 9. Bernal Heights is one of the last truly dog-friendly bastions in San Francisco. With services and recreation so readily available, there is little need to leave the neighborhood, but easy access to both I-280 and Highway 101 make commuting convenient for residents.
